Front butt
If this guy has some kind of disorder that causes this "front butt" phenomenon, I'm going to feel really bad. But, my guess is he just eats a lot of big macs.
This is so mean, but my friends and I used to make fun of the front butt phenom by singing a song that went "goody goody two butts goody goody two butts goody goody two butts, we hate you"
