Monks on the Mall
I haven't seen monks on the National Mall since summer 08, when Bhutan was featured at the Folklife Festival. That's a house from the solar decathlon in the background.

All over Washington, D.C.
How is it that the fat used to make the most delicious canolis in the city is now being banned by law, but gadgets like these that allow people to be lazy mfers are not getting any criticism? Hey government, why don't you leave my Italian pastries alone and go do something helpful like passing a telecommuting bill or finding a way to give schools better funding.

This is my favorite plant in the garden behind my work. There are about 50 of these plants lining the dual walkways that lead to the Castle doors.

Front butt
If this guy has some kind of disorder that causes this "front butt" phenomenon, I'm going to feel really bad. But, my guess is he just eats a lot of big macs.
