Big brother is watching. In an attempt to deter crime, the Baltimore City Police Department installed cameras--adorned with flashing blue lights and the words "Believe"--on drug-and-prostitute-infested-high-murder-rate-corners throughout the city.

I don't know if you can tell, but this car is sporting hub-caps that are made to look like rims. The two strippers who came to my neighborhood bar this snowy night were equally as classy as the chariot they rode in on.
